WorldTech IT’s F5® device monitoring is a built-in feature of our Fully Managed Services & offered with our Always-On Service (as an optional add-on).
This monitoring service allows our team to take a proactive approach in identifying and reacting to issues in your environment. If an issue is deemed critical, day or night, a U.S.-based and F5-certified on call engineer is paged to investigate. Critical issues are addressed immediately (SLA response time: <1hr) and a ticket will be created to track the issue.
