All our team members are United States & Canada based full-time employees, ie no contractors – including our rock-star engineering bench. Our story

Built to Close the Gap

Austin Geraci founded WorldTech IT in 2012 to build the kind of technology partner he could never find as an enterprise engineer.

He’d been on the customer side of enough projects to identify the broken model: you buy sophisticated technology, and the people who actually understand it sit three or four layers away behind a support queue, a project manager, or a sales rep. By the time your question reaches them, you’ve already made the critical decision without them — or worse, experienced downtime.

WorldTech IT was built to close that gap: deep expertise in the technology we sell and implement, available early and often, not on escalation.

Today, WorldTech IT stands as the go-to partner for F5 solutions, managed services, and AI security implementations, and we’re just getting started, now bringing our focused model to Arista and Palo Alto.

We also reserve the right not to sell to your organization if we learn you plan on exporting F5’s products without meeting Export Compliance Requirements. We do, however, partner with global F5 Partners who we trust and recommend, please reach out to us for a trusted referral.

Certain F5 products use strong commercial encryption algorithms, which are subject to special export control by the U.S Bureau of Industry and Security and other foreign countries.
